This 2 bedroom, 2 bath tranquil haven is just minutes from the heart of Hot Spring`s charming shops, restaurants, wineries, bathhouses and the casino. It`s walking distance from mini-golf, laser tag, and a gaming center.
You can watch a Majestic Sunrise or a Breathtaking Sunset over the Lake on the large patio or walk down to the deck for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, and more memory-making moments!

Come and experience the best of lake living in this beautifully decorated and well-equipped vacation rental. This ground level entry unit offers easy access for all and boasts stunning views of Lake Hamilton. Enjoy cozy evenings in the living room in front of the fireplace watching the Smart TV or Dine outdoors taking in the sights from the spacious patio while grilling on the charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area offers both counter top seating and a charming café table. Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable queen size bed and ample storage space for all your belongings. (There is a pull-out Full Size Sofa Bed for extra guests in Living room.) The two bathrooms offer a soaking tub or walk-in shower option with space to get ready for a fun-filled day out, as well as a washer/dryer for added convenience.
Take a stroll down to the shared boat dock and spend your days on the water with two boat slips available. With nearby public inlets and a prime lakefront location, this rental is the perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
There is only 1 reserved, Paved Parking Space for this Condo. There maybe an extra in the gravel area for guests.

The house is exactly as pictured. Perfect place to relax by the water. Close to everything in town and well managed. Great stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the condo with our dog. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, & easy to find. Parking was easy, as well as checking in. The balcony was peaceful. The only drawback was the unit(s) above and/or on the side, which were very noisy throughout the day and late night hours. We know the confirmation email mentioned to expect some noise, but we didn't expect as much as we encountered. Late night in the larger/main bedroom there was a lot of knocking sounds and it made it very difficult to sleep. It was difficult to sleep even after putting in ear buds with noise cancelling sounds/meditation. This took away from the peacefulness we were hoping to experience for the Thanksgiving holiday. For any travelers who are lighter sleepers or have more sensitivity to noise, this condo may not be ideal if there are noisy tenants or travelers above. This is no fault of the owners, but the building/unit walls and floors. For those who can tolerate a bit of noise (knocking sounds, movement sounds, plumbing sounds, etc.) and are easy/hard sleepers, this won't be an issue.
