Situated on the banks of the River Coquet at Warkworth with boat hire available in the summer months. Sandy beach ½ mile.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for multi-fuel burner included.. 1 small dog welcome. Public car park, 200 yards away. No smoking.. Located in a private peaceful setting close to the riverbank, this stone holiday cottage has been furnished and equipped to a very good standard. Boats are available for hire during the summer months and provide a unique means of enjoying the magnificent scenery, there are also pleasant riverside walks. A sandy beach within ½ mile and stretches 3 miles northwards to Alnmouth. Boat trips are available from nearby Amble for sea fishing and to view the seabirds on Coquet Island. Shops and pubs in village.

Youngers Cottage Warkworth was just what we were looking for. Lovely location in a peaceful setting. One very small gripe: the TV had poor reception. This wouldn't normally matter but Euro 2024 was on and I like to watch it. We would definitely stay here again!!!
