The East Pass Beach access was quite a walk and the first half of the beach is set up with chairs and umbrellas for guests staying at another location that get shuttled in. So if you want to spend the day at that location plan to be walking awhile and uphill. The other beach access was a little hard to find and also quite a walk. The condo and pools were very nice it’s just not great access to the ocean. The dryer in the room also wasn’t great, had to run it at least 2x for a small load to dry.

We LOVED our stay in Destin Pointe! Between the pools, beaches & well maintained facility our kids had a ball.I also loved the added value that you can park for free at the boardwalk.

The Propert Management company is wonderful! The unit its self is a bit outdated. Beautiful subdivision, with plenty of ocean or pools to keep busy in. It is a bit of a hike to the ocean so just plan accordingly.
