Welcome to Emerald Beach 2128!
Our condo is a one bedroom two bath beach residence with twin bunks in the bunk area. We comfortable sleep up to 6 people because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home.
We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property.from 11/1/25-3/6/26.

We’re talking a beach that’s over 1000 feet wide. That’s 3 football fields end to end of sugar white sand. Just an unbelievable sight. And there's lots of amenities to enjoy

If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host many youth sport tourneys.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Please note: Resort charges $25.00 per vehicle registration fee with a max of 2 vehicles. Registration link will be sent in your carefree instructions closer to your check in date.

We stayed in this same condo last year and loved it. So this year we booked the same Condo. Location is great and within walking distance to lots of stuff. The room was nice and clean and spacious. Love this condo. Will book again next year.

The view was stunning. Private beach was quiet and clean! Very relaxing.

Overall the condo was depressing. Visible dirt/dust coming from louver door for furnace. Black mold on both shower heads and the shower curtain liners were dangerously too long.
Extremely basic, needs updating.
