HipNautic is a rare gem. Side B of this newly renovated duplex sleeps 10 & sits peacefully on the Salt Marsh with a large private porch, balcony, and a shared boat dock. You will enjoy serenity in a relaxing atmosphere with unparalleled views of the surrounding tidal creek as well as views of the ocean just 1 block away. Quiet seclusion, fishing, crabbing, excellent bird watching, and the ability to launch your kayak(s) right from your yard make HipNautic a true choose-your-adventure dream.
The space
Side B of this duplex home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with 2 pullout sofas for additional sleeping. This beautiful marshfront property features a large, partially covered porch/balcony facing the Marsh for amazing sunsets and unparalleled wildlife viewing. An outdoor patio and gas grill make the perfect spot for cookouts and crab boils along the Marsh. A boat dock, kayaks, SUP, life jackets & crabbing gear are all available for guest use, though these special amenities are shared between guests on Sides A and B. When it comes to ocean/beach time, beach access is just steps across the street and easily accessible from the home . No matter what you crave, HipNautic has you covered!
Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop deck each morning, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab for dinner, then watch the sunsets over the Marsh at night from anywhere on the back side of the home. These are just a few of the many reasons this beautiful home is a favorite among families & groups!

HipNautic is a duplex home with Side A and Side B being separate rentals. There are separate entrances for each side with private porches for each. The boat dock and kayaks are shared between the two sides.
Please also note that there are no elevators. The living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home.
**MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK SEASON (JUNE 1 - SEPT 9) IS 7 DAYS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY**
The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation spot! The hosts Ged and Danielle were so lovely and accommodating. They made sure we felt right at home, answered any questions we had, and really paid attention to all details a renter might need. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the necessities like towels, soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, and even laundry detergent. The view from the main area looking out to the marsh was incredible and we enjoyed our morning coffee and sunsets from the deck. The outdoor area was well maintained with incredibly easy access to both the beach and the inlet. My kids had a wonderful time using the paddle boards, kayaks, and enjoyed fishing off the dock. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury vacation spot at the beach.
