Perfect accomodation, we were pleasantly surprised as on the website the furniture looked quite dated, BUT on opening the door, wow it had had a refurb. we couldnt have wished for a cosier setting for our pre xmas mini break.

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful, still knowing the hustle and bustle of Keswick is only 15 minutes away.

Great place but washer dryer and the fridge were poor. Did not dry cloths and the fridge kept defrosting. But the views weew amazing
