We spent 3 nights here for our son's graduation from Dartmouth. It is 30 minutes from campus. It was the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms (4.5!) for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and the common areas are comfortable. We even used the fire pit outside one evening. The art work is adorable!The main issue we encountered is that the basement was very damp, even with the humidifier running at all times. The first night two people in the basement woke up in wet sheets, which was icky. But we ran the heat and the dehumidifier non stop and then it seemed to improve. It would have been nice to have tissues and wash cloths.

The property was great. Everyone enjoyed there time and there was plenty of room for the 13 of us to do what we needed to do. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay there.
