This Park City neighborhood is home to the Utah Olympic Park, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars, including the Red Pine Lodge and Drafts Burger Bar. *Sundial Lodge is currently undergoing exterior renovation work, scheduled for completion late 2026. During this period, guests may see scaffolding and workers around the building and may experience typical daytime construction noise. Balconies will be inaccessible at times, and occasional paint or other chemical odors are possible.
*We make every effort to avoid assigning units when work is planned directly outside; however, construction timelines can change, and unexpected activity may occur. We appreciate your understanding as we complete these important improvements to the Sundial Lodge.
*Please also note that there is ongoing construction around Canyons Village, as the new parking structure is completed, and the Cabriolet lift is being replaced with a new gondola, among other things. Your travel to and from the Sundial Lodge may be affected.

Great news! As of May 12, 2025, all fees are now included in the final booking price.
• Damage Deposit: Pre-authorization on your credit card; released post-departure if no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning is needed.
