The property was in a good location that felt safe & was close to restaurants, which was a plus. Everything was nicely decorated, cute, & clean. The beds were very comfortable, & the living area was roomy with plenty of seating. We liked that it was part of a complex with an enclosed entrance. Sadly, we would not stay here again due to several small factors. The parking garage was difficult to get into (small parking spots all too close together & lots of concrete columns - we hit the wall trying to get out) & we could only get the garage code to the elevator to work about 20% of the time. Also, the company only allows for 1 set of towels per person - 1 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash. We were there for 5 days & were told we could not have more towels but could do our own laundry, if needed. What in the world??? The concrete floors would get wet & slippery in the bathrooms, but we didn't have extra towels to wipe them up. Plus, who wants to do laundry every day on vacation? What would it hurt to provide another set of towels? There also were no mirrors in the bedrooms. The guest bedroom had sliding metal doors & there was no sound-proofing, as you could hear people in the living area as if they were in the room with you. The host was quick to respond when we had questions, but her responses were things like - "that's the code & always has been" & "if you need more towels, you can do laundry". It just seemed a little harsh. Most of these issues could easily be fixed.

This was a great property and very conveniently located. There was garage parking available, albeit small spots, but it was good to be protected.The apartment had all the kitchen accessories we needed. We appreciated that they left starter packs for both the kitchen and the bathrooms. Many properties we rent have some food such as salt and pepper, other spices etc. Because this is a management company, no food of any kind was left. It is not a big deal, but it's good to know.The communication was a little glitchy. Their automated system kept sending texts asking for information that was already provided. The management company preferred to do everything via their texting system rather than through VRBO. Nonetheless, it all worked out.I would definitely book it again should the need arise.

Parking was easy, short walk to shopping and restaurants and a quick Uber ride to downtown. Great location and exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again.
