Wir waren wdh. in der Wohnung, sehr schön, sehr netter Vermieter. Verwaltung über InterHome aber nicht von Vorteil. Sauberkeit früher besser, schlechte Kommunikation, keine Hilfe bei Fragen, Schlüssel war ohne InterHome unkomplizierter. Zum Glück war der Vermieter vor Ort. Werde zukünftig Wohnungen mit direkter Vermietung bevorzugen.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit Heizung und Strom. Kundenservice hat sich nicht gemeldet.

Großzügig und super funktionell, entspannt durch die zwei Bäder. Das neu renovierte Duschbad ist schön. Sonst ist die Einrichtung aus den 90ern, aber alles in gutem Zustand. Es ist etwas hellhörig, aus dem 1.OG hört man Stühlerücken und Toilettenspülung.

Zalety: - lokalizacja - czystość Wady: - krótkie łóżka i kołderki (dla osób do 170 cm wzrostu) - niedogrzane sypialnie i łazienki - brak wyposażenia w postaci środków do utrzymania czystości (ścierki, szmaty, płyn do mycia naczyń, tabletki do zmywarki itp.) - brak filtrów do kawy, przy czym właściciel chwali się przelewowym ekspresem do kawy - brak kieliszków do wina
