EXCESSIVE NOISE or PARTYING: The units in the condo building is a mix of residential and rental units, so please be respectful of residents and other guests. If there are any reports of noise from other tenants, we will ask you to leave WITHOUT a refund and NO second chances. Only the registered guests (6 max including children) are allowed in the condominium. No guest are allowed during your stay. All guests must be registered on the VRBO website and the main booking guest must be 25 and older.
We require all guests to agree to the rental agreement.

We were so happy with our visit to Cincinnati. The host is amazing. The property is super clean and quite. The apartment faces a quiet alley so we didn't hear any noise from our rooms. My wife wanted to rent two rooms at a hotel, but I convinced her to stay here. At the end of the trip she told me she was so happy we stayed there instead of a hotel. Every bathroom, bedroom, and the kitchen were well appointed and made the stay very comfortable. We would love to come back and stay here again.

The unit was exactly as expected and more! Great location, walkable, clean, and spacious. The directions and communication were excellent and getting in and out was incredibly easy - - as was the parking in the garage at the end of the block. And super convenient to have a grocery store right there! Loved it and will look to stay there again when in town!

The place was very clean, and the communication was awesome. Everything went very smoothly. We went to the Reds game, and took the street car. It’s very close, and made our trip so easy. We will definitely stay here again when in town. Would highly recommend.
