This unit is ground floor and very close to entrance and pool. This was great for our 2.5 yr old grandson and for loading in and out. The pool was warm and had a 1 foot ledge on one side which was wonderful for our grandson who didn't want to get out. Beach was super close. Rocky but we all enjoyed swimming anyways. Unit clean except under beds/couch (looking for missing earring) and the door mats hadn't been shaken or vacuumed in some time. The patio was in need of a good clean.
