Villa Medusa is located in the wonderful and picturesque Bay of Sivota, in Lefkada. This newly built contemporary villa offers the luxury and comfort you need in order to enjoy and relax during your vacation.
Villa Medusa is one of our six villas and has a unique architecture. Each villa was built with respect to the environment and the house was carved into the mountain.
Villa Medusa is a two bedroom villa that can host up to 6 people with comfort, 2 people in each bedroom and 2 extra people in the sofa bed of the living room area.Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
It has a spacious and comfortable living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones. The living room offers a wonderful panoramic view to the pool and sea, due to its large window doors.
From the area of the living room you have an easy access to the pool (the depth of the pool starts from 1,30m up to 1,60m. Also there is a part 3m×3m where the depth is 0.15 to 0,20m)and outdoor sitting area which will become for sure your favourite spot of the house due to the shade it offers and due to the endless Ionian sea view.
The way the villas are built will make you feel like you hover above the Ionian sea, leaving you amazed by the breathtaking view!
After a long day of sightseeing or at the beach, there is nothing more refreshing than getting back to the comfort of your villa. The inviting environment of this villa that has been created for all of our guests and their family and friends will stay indelible in mind!
The infinity pool will invite you for a refreshing dip, at day or at night. What will definitely will make an impression to you will be the shallow part at the beginning of the pool, where grownups can relax into the water and kids as well, can easily play with safety.
The villa offers the seclusion one needs to relax but also you are only a breath away from Sivota Bay that has cafes,restaurants, minimarkets and a beach and is wonderful for yacht mooring.

However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
Access: The villa is 2klm from the village of Sivota following an unpaved road, but accessible with a normal car.

A small complex of villas built nicely into the hill above the beautiful bays of Sivota and Mikros Gialos. Our villa was nicely equipped with special attention to the two bedrooms either side of the lounge/kitchen area. Beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning worked like a dream. The pool was lovely, beautifully warm and the views out over the bay is stunning. Everything is spotlessly clean and the owners have a real eye for detail. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We loved the villa, covered terrace, beautiful pool and the amazing views. It was peaceful and relaxing. 25 minute walk downhill to Sivota and 40 minutes to Mikros Gialos beach, or a short drive. The owner was helpful and available if anything was needed. Definitely a place to stay again.
