Friendly owners, give you privacy despite that the hot tub is in view. Barn needs a little more dusting and removing of spider webs. But great location. Big rooms, well equipped. Horses, chickens, cats and dogs, not in the house, but lovely to have them outside around you.

After reading other people's reviews of this cottage I was a bit nervous of what to expect but upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. The cottage was clean, tidy and well presented. It has all the amenities to make your stay a homely experience. Other reviews stated the bed was creaky and the mattress was dipped however it really wasn't that bad, yes the bed did creak more than our bed at home but it didn't stop us from sleeping and I wouldn't describe it as being a downfall for this place. My other concern was that the hot tub wasn't private from reading other people's reviews however this also wasn't that much of a problem either, the cottage is on a farm with 3 other cottages so there will be people around but the other cottages are away from this one and the owners just leave you to it even if they are out around the farm. There is a fence just in front of the hot tub and there is space next to the hot tub to park a car so if someone is particularly worried about it not being private enough then the car could be parked in a way to give a bit more privacy, although it didn't cause an issue for us because like I said the owners just leave you to it. Overall we were really happy with our stay at Little Barn and we would definitely go back.

The cottage was very nice. The hot tub was good but would have been better if it was a bit more private. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
