This two-story cabin, with a spacious 1,450 square feet of living area, plus an additional 300 square feet in the detached game room, is ideal for families or groups seeking a cozy getaway.
The Space:
Lazy Bear has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 kings and 1 queen. There is one full size bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs, there
is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and a full bath with shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family
room and a queen sleeper in the detached game room. Both adults and kids love the game room that has an arcade, a fuse
ball table, and television. There is a fire pit, horseshoe pit, and small pond to enjoy outside on the one acre property

Full Refund (off of total reservation cost): Cancellations made 14 days or more before your check-in date.
Half Refund (off of total reservation cost): Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before your check-in date.
No Refund (off of total reservation cost): Cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date.
Other House Rules (pets, trash, signing liability waiver for the resort, be respectful, etc): Pets not allowed on furniture unless covered with guests blankets. Please remove dog hair and pets’ feces. Please be respectful of surrounding cabins and no outside noise after 10pm.
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside. May smoke outside if not Red Flag day or Fire Restrictions

The Lost Resorts will be reserved for private weddings and events on the dates listed below. During these times, while cabin bookings may still be available, please note that the grounds and barn will be restricted for event use only. If you have already booked a cabin during one of these dates and prefer to cancel due to the grounds' privatization, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas gathering of family at this comfortable and quaint cabin in the woods, but in the middle of town!All amenities were there with a plus! You only need to bring food you will eat, but don't forget the restaurants there and local corner store, Lazy Trout Mkt! Thank you. Good Vacation.

My family and I had the best first time visiting Greer. The Lazy Bear cabin and all the amenities it came with is what made the memories that will last a lifetime. From the pond on the property to the separate game room all 3 of my kids said this has been by far the best cabin we have stayed in. Thank you for providing everything we needed to make this past weekend memorable. We will be back for sure!
