About this villa rental
Villa Afrati is set in beautiful private grounds amongst lush olive groves, measures 90sqm and is suitable for up to 6 persons.
The stone built villa consists of two storeys. The main entrance lead to a spacious living room with sofa bed, fireplace, television, game player and dining table for six; fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and all utensils; and wc. The living room has doors leading to a spacious balcony with lovely country and sea views.
A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, separate bathroom with shower and spacious furnished verandas; utility closet with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms' doors lead to a shaded veranda, to the swimming pool and pool's terrace.

In detail, according to the tax law 5073/2023 and implementing decision number A.1202/2024, the "climate crisis resilience fee" replaces the residence tax, is imposed in favor of the State and is calculated per daily use and per room or apartment. the total amount will be paid upon arrival).

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This the second time we have stayed in these villas. This stay was better than the last. The villas are up high so have a wonderful breeze if you open the French doors but an air conditioner was added in the main living room since our last stay a few years ago. A lovely cabana was also added by the pool. It’s the perfect spot to take an afternoon nap in the shade. Aliki is a very responsive host. We love the location because it’s in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of a small market, a cafe and downtown is a 10 minute walk. Fantastic views. The pool is very clean and nice after a hot day. We can’t wait to return and stay here again.

Things we liked: Good location very close to Zante town with a mini mart and taverna even closer. The pool and back patio is lovely, the house was clean, and the AC works well in the bedrooms.
Things we didn't like: The internet is very poor - it only works in the far corner of the back yard. There is no shower - only a hand shower - and no shower door so the water splashes all over the bathroom. The washing machine didn't work and the house wasn't well stocked for a 4-day visit (only 1 dish towel, no soap in shower). The check-in process was strange - we called the caretaker when we arrived late from Athens and she met us in front of a local hotel and we followed her by car to the house. We would've preferred that they sent us driving directions in advance.
