Amazing stay!!

The home was spacious enough for the 10 family members to sleep comfortably in beds; we had 6 in the upper duplex and 4 in the lower duplex. We had all the items we needed from cooking utensils to two refrigerators to four TVs to window AC units in each room to two bathrooms. It was renovated nicely. The host made the process of accessing the home easy. The location was close to the extended family we came to visit. We did have a miscommunication about off street parking. Prior to booking the stay, I had asked about off street parking and was told there was room for three vehicles in the driveway. In retrospect, I should have let the host know after the booking, that we’d have three vehicles. When we arrived, two of his vehicles were in the driveway which allowed room for only two of our vehicles. The host was very responsive, but unfortunately he was out of town for the first two days of our stay. This required us to park on the street over night. The worry with that was from 12 am to 6am you needed a parking permit to street park. Luckily, we did not get a ticket! Also, there is not a washer or dryer, so be aware that you will need to use the same towels the entire stay, unless you want to make a trip to the laundry mat. We were unable to find a large grocery store in Everett, only convenient stores. Overall, it was a good place for us.

Wonderful property. Charles was incredibly responsive. Definitely would stay there again. The listing says A/C, but it is not central air, just window units in two of the bedrooms. Other than that, perfect!

The interior of the home is beautiful & AMIZINGLY Decorated however the listing of the # of beds is incorrect by 5 beds!!! And there is only $26. Also the backyard and the view off th patio is terrible it is inner city area.
