Explore the Isle of Skye from this property, located in Glendale in an elevated position with fantastic loch views.. Situated in a spectacular location ideal for a quiet getaway. This most attractively renovated detached crofthouse makes a fine base from which to explore the magic of the Island of Skye. Furnished and fitted to a high standard with bright rooms, the cottage enjoys an elevated position on a small croft. Walking, cycling, climbing, bird watching, and touring Skye and Wester Ross, Plockton and Dornie are a must. There is a number of great eating out places within a short drive including the famous Three Chimney’s restaurant which is approximately 5 miles away. Shop and café 2 miles.. 1 step to entrance.

Ok bit short on Amenities on your door step if you like lots of them. But seriously that is why you go to Skye, you can have an adventure everywhere you look. Even so local cafe and shop close by so more than enough . Lovely stay. Accommodation is epic and host could not have been more patient or helpful and not at all intrusive. Perfect. Amazing part of Skye. So beautiful. Really no need to go anywhere else.

The cottage is very comfortable and in an ideal situation for lovers of wildlife. It is easier to self cater as eating places are a good distance away.The roads are in a dreadful state with many dangerous potholes which when filled with rainwater are difficult to judge. They are also single track with passing places.Despite this, we had a lovely holiday.
