Roxedge is a beautifully situated luxury coastal property in a quiet road away from traffic noise in Torquay, with breathtaking views over the lovely Lyme Bay stretching to Portland Bill on a clear day. Step straight out of the back garden onto the South West Coast path and walk for miles to local beaches and you may spot one of our resident seals or even dolphins!

Nestled at the edge of the quaint Torquay hamlet of St Marychurch, with it's bespoke independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, Roxedge is ideally situated with direct private access onto the renowned South West coast path - the UK's longest and best-loved national trail. The views from the property are outstanding, with nothing but nature between the house and the ocean.

We believe in everyone having fun, so we've made sure there are toys for kids, whatever the age. Whether it's toys for babies and toddlers or Playstation games for the bigger ones. We hope there is everything you need to keep the young ones occupied whilst the adults relax. There are plenty of fun games for outside in the garden too, including Giant Dominos, skittles, hula hoops, buckets and spades, and a sunken trampoline.
Adult entertaining.
The house has plenty of entertaining space, both inside and out. A large dining table enables you all to get together to celebrate and eat. With a spacious lounge for everyone to relax afterwards. Fancy a movie? Then retire to the cinema room with it's big screen entertainment. You will find a large selection of DVD's, along with free access to Disney+, Netflix and Amazon, and outside there is a large luxury hot tub.
But why stay inside when the rear garden offers a great space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. There are 3 large seating areas to choose from, all of which allowing you a chance to chill with a cold drink, (or even a morning coffee). The main decking area offers a large seating and dining area with absolutely stunning views over Babbacombe bay, along with a large gas barbecue for when you want to eat alfresco.
