About this house rental
Relax at this new constructed peaceful place to stay. This 6.5 acres lake front property gives you opportunity to go fishing or kayaking and enjoy mountain view at the same time.
Just 5min walk to 26 mile long Catskill Scenic Trail. Bike, hike, ride and enjoy the nature. This house with cathedral ceiling, steam room/sauna, modern lift and slide door, white oak floors ,mini split HVAC, radiant heat and total of 3000 square foot space will let you rest in this beautiful area.
If I`m around I might be able to stop by and help with issues however it all depends on my day schedule. Guest can always PM me.

Please don`t eat or drink in the bedrooms
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, this stay exceeded all my expectations and left me eager to share my wonderful experience.
First things first, the communication with the host was seamless and efficient. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure I had all the necessary information before my arrival.
From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking mountain views that left me in awe.
Upon entering the property, I was immediately struck by its immaculate cleanliness and stylish house. The attention to detail in every corner showcased the host's creativity and dedication. I felt like I had stepped into an interior design magazine - a delightful visual treat!
The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, with all the necessary appliances and utensils available. The comfortable bed and linens ensured a restful night's sleep, and the cozy living area offered the perfect space and the sauna and amazing jetted indoor bathtub unwind after a long day of exploring.Walking to the lake and relaxing on the deck is also very enjoyable.
Location-wise, this property was perfectly situated in a quiet, private and convenient neighborhood. It’s 5 mins to a town with supermarket, restaurant and coffee shops etc.
I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable experience. I cannot wait to return for another visit in the near future!
