Welcome to the Non smoking apartment Holgis gem with its own sauna! In a large old brick barn with brand new interior life is the apartment Holgis Schmuckstück with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove with oven), integrated dining area, separate bedroom with double bed and living room with comfortable (!) Double pullout sofa for max. 2 to 4 people. As a special bonus, the private sauna awaits you for up to 4 people, whose electricity costs will be charged separately. (If you do not use the sauna, you do not have to contribute to the costs by way of a surcharge). The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. Enjoy the morning sun on the breakfast terrace under your bedroom window. Central but quiet location and proximity to the beach (about 200 m) complete the offer.
