The condo is well-suited for small families or groups, with a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Located within minutes of Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, and dining, this resort unit is your home base for coastal adventure.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and the lazy river, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability.
• As a guest, you'll find public beach access perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.
• Please purchase your own toiletries for the remainder of your stay after the initial supply.
*****Please note that Myrtle Beach Resort and Renaissance Tower charge a separate parking fee that is not included in your reservation.
The current parking fee is $10 per day, per vehicle, and is paid directly to the resort upon arrival at the guard gate/check-in shack.
Please be aware that this is a resort policy and parking fees are subject to change. The resort previously charged a flat $20 per stay, but has updated the policy to a daily parking fee.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The place was not very clean, the linens and the kitchen utensils were dirty. I hope that changes because overall the area was beautiful! we enjoyed staying there perhaps the clean up we had to do.

First time taking my family here. I had been here a lot as a kid myself. Kids 6 and 4 had a blast in lazy river and splash pad area. Only down fall was we did see a roach in the hot tub area and one in our room on our last day. We will be coming back to this resort again!
