The Space:

Step into island life just one block from the golden sands of Waikiki Beach. Perched on the 10th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this west-facing condo catches partial ocean and city views from your private lanai - a quiet spot to sip your morning coffee or watch the sun dip toward the horizon. Whether you're here for the surf, the food scene, or simply to unwind, this is your home base in paradise.



Living space

The open layout keeps things easy and comfortable for up to 4 guests. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space cool year-round, while a 50" Samsung Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and fast Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) cover everything from lazy movie nights to quick work sessions. The dining table seats two, and a pull-out sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests - note that the sofa is best suited for children or occasional adult use rather than as a primary bed.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, giving you a proper retreat at the end of the day. Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed dressed in cotton linens, blackout curtains for deep sleep, a 32" flatscreen TV with cable, a ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and nightstand.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen means you're never far from a home-cooked meal. Full-size appliances include a GE electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, Whirlpool refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. You'll also find a rice maker, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, and a full set of dishes, cookware, wine glasses, and silverware - everything you need to cook and dine in.



Bathroom

A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity with cabinet, hair dryer, fresh towels (one set per guest), and complimentary toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - are all provided.



Lanai

Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the partial ocean and city views. Outdoor furniture and a small table make it a great spot to relax between adventures.

This condo is in a great location—so close to beach, church, shopping and restaurants. Like much of Waikiki, it is a bit dated. The parking garage is a real plus.
