Please note: Entry to the main level is step-free, and the king bedroom and full bathroom are located on the main floor. The two additional bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs and require stairs.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time; online booking is not available for the Stay & Play rate. Please let us know if you plan to use the golf offer so we can provide the required confirmation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING



• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Rental agreement and copy of driver’s license are required after booking.

• No smoking.



PET POLICY



One small adult dog under 40 lbs may be considered with PRIOR approval. Please contact us before booking if you would like to bring a dog. Do not Instant Book with a pet before receiving approval.



Approved dogs must be low-shedding, fully housetrained, remain off furniture and beds, be kenneled when left alone, and may not bark or whine while unattended. Dogs must be leashed and picked up after outside and current on flea and tick treatment.



Approved pets are $25 per night.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS



We clearly disclose our checkout expectations before booking so there are no surprises at the end of your stay. These steps are required to help our cleaning team prepare the home on time for the next arriving guests.



• Leave heat at 60 degrees or A/C at 75 degrees. During June–August, please leave the A/C running at 70 degrees.

• Gather trash from the kitchen and bathrooms and take it to the blue dumpsters.

• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

• Make sure all windows, doors and sliders are closed and locked.

• If time allows, starting one load of towels is appreciated but optional. Our cleaning crew will transfer them to the dryer.

• Leave resort amenity cards on the counter. Lost cards are $20 each to replace.

• Return remotes to their designated rooms.

• Please take one final look for chargers and other personal belongings before leaving.
