Guest Access:
Guest have full access to all parts of the home inside, except the storage closet, and full access to the front yard & back yard. Guest may use the garage & EV charger
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood. There are neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
It's about a 2 min drive to Stevenson park from the house. The park offers the following amenities:
- Basketball courts
- Pickleball courts
- Splash Pad
- Playground
- Picnic tables
- Track
- Picnic tables
- Tennis court
- Volleyball court
- Dog park
- Seasonal Activities
Centrally located to great shopping/restaurants at Baybrook Mall. Top-Golf, Great Wolf Lodge, & Main Event are within 15 min for lots of family fun.
Many great stores and restaurants within a 5 min drive. Make sure to check out the British Market!
Getting Around:
It's better to have a vehicle, as there is not public transportation within walking distance.
There is free parking in the 2 car garage and driveway, which can hold 3-4 vehicles. Only 1 vehicle is allowed to park on the street & must be directly in front of the home, not blocking neighbor's driveways.
This home is centrally located to great shopping/restaurants at Baybrook Mall. Top-Golf, Great Wolf Lodge, & Main Event are within 15 min for lots of family fun. Many great stores and restaurants within a 5 min drive. Make sure to check out the British Market on the main road.
Other Things to Note:
There is NO Lifeguard on duty! Swim at your own risk!
NO glass or running in the pool area! Please keep food & drinks out of the pool.
** If you would like to utilize the heat option for the pool or spa, please let us know 24 hrs before check-in. **
The patio grill is available for use, please clean it & dump the ashes when you are done using it. If our cleaner has to clean it, she does charge a $50 cleaning fee.
Trash days are Tuesdays & Fridays. If you are there during one of those days please take the trash out to the curb & bring the bins back in so it doesn't pile up. Friendly reminder - the black cans are for trash, the blue can is for recycling. Thank you.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at this lovely property! The house was very clean and well appointed. We loved the pool, especially on those very hot summer days! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, in easy walking distance to a park with a pool, basketball courts, and a walking path. The property is also within walking distance of a fun little ice cream shop and several restaurants. The host is very friendly, and overall we had a fantastic experience. We would definitely book here again.

Property was well maintained inside the house. Needs new grills on the outside grill as they are rusted. Gate to the pool needs to be fixed better. Otherwise, the interior of the house was well maintained and a pleasure to stay at.
