Absolutely breathtaking views! We loved the FREQUENT wildlife sightings (bears, a bobcat, and birds) from our decks! The cabin was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was clean, and we loved sipping coffee and eating meals together on the deck while watching the serene mountains and close encounters with nature. Family time around the fire was amazing as were the additional picture perfect views while playing pool and shuffleboard. The cabin is decorated beautifully. It's so convenient to Great Smoky Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. The host was incredibly responsive. The only downside, which was no fault of Cloud 9, was the challenging drives up and down the mountain and parking our car on the driveway. We will definitely be back!

The place was gorgeous!! Beds were so comfy and linens were crisp and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was warm and the fire next to it was total bliss. Having the master upstairs was nice since that put the kids and teenagers downstairs. Shower in the master is beyond beautiful and was a perfect retreat after a long day hiking. Host were very kind and quick to respond. We participated in having our groceries delivered and this was an awesome perk. Deff worth the charge. We will be back.

everything was fantastic! the view, the house, everything was great! m friends and I decided we were going to make this a yearly tradition. The only comment that is negative but really didnt matter becasue we didnt use it was the bathtub upstairs had not been cleaned and the bed upstairs had dog hair or some sort of hair on the sheets. but again, didnt really matter. everything else was perfect.
