Seven Pines:
Beautiful luxury lakefront home with a resort feel located on one of Oregons most beautiful lakes will simply take your breath away. Designed with large families in mind, Seven Pines offers two separate living areas. The main level has a master suite with king bed, and two full private bathrooms, a second bedroom with queen bed, comfortable living room with a big screen TV, a fully stocked Kitchen, dining room, Laundry room and half bath. The lower level has bedrooms 3 and 4, both with queen beds, private entrances, lake views, and a shared full bathroom, a small kitchenette, bonus / living area with 2 sets of bunkbeds (full & Twin), very cozy couches, big screen TV, console video game, and a shared full Bathroom. Outside you will enjoy spacious park like grounds with a fire pit in the yard, a private dock, gas grill, patio chairs and dining tables, and absolutely stunning views!
Woahink Lake:
Woahink lake is popular for a variety of activities, including fishing. Species include largemouth bass, rainbow and coastal cutthroat trout, yellow perch, and others. A state park on the east side of the highway near Woahink Lake has boat ramps, a roped-off swimming area, group tent camps, picnic areas, and a meeting hall. Lake Woahink Seaplane Base is located at the lake. Base headquarters are in Florence.
Covering about 7 square miles, Woahink Lake's drainage basin lies between a dune complex, part of Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, on the west and foothills of the Oregon Coast Range on the east. U.S. Route 101 runs along the west side of the lake. Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park borders the northwest corner of the lake, and the unincorporated community of North Beach lies between Woahink and Siltcoos lakes. North Beach and other residential areas near the lake are part of Dunes City, Except for the state park. Most of the shoreline and the land in the basin is privately owned. Rainfall averages 80 inches (2,000 mm) a year, and coniferous forest covers much of the undeveloped land.

This home is a quick drive from multiple access points to the Oregon Dunes and ocean beaches including the popular access just off South Jetty Road and the city of Florence is five miles north. The charming Old Town section of the city is filled with lovely shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants. You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. The coastal forests flourishing in Douglas fir and Sitka spruce extend nearly to the Ocean. Some trails wind up over and through sand dunes offering hikers the opportunity to experience the unique natural wonders of this area. Bring your camera! Paddle Siltcoos River between Siltcoos Lake and the Pacific Ocean. This slow-moving three-mile river is so ideal for paddlers that it’s a designated Canoe Trail. Take a scenic drive up Hwy 101 to Heceta Head Lighthouse where free tours are offered daily. Get your adrenalin flowing on a nearby dune buggy tour or with an ATV rental or go crabbing from the Siuslaw Bay public fishing.

We enjoyed our weekend in Florence and couldn't have been happier with the house; comfortable beds, beautiful lake view, well-stocked and lovely decor. We definitely want to come back!

Our Seven Pines stay was totally exceptional in every way! We all "wowed" when we entered the house -- from the beautiful lake view to the gorgeous furnishings, to the well-stocked kitchen, to the outstanding bedrooms (the Master Bedroom was amazing!). Since we visited in April there was some rain and cold -- which made it all the more cozy inside with the pellet stove. The sun shining into this house with its stunning architectural and artistic touches was just divine. We loved walking down to the dock (even in the rain!) and the private surroundings was immaculate. We enjoyed eating at Novelli's and the Waterfront in Florence to celebrate a birthday -- and walking through the woods onto Hobbit Beach was the best day! More than highly recommended, this is a treasure.

So clean. Amazing. Outdoor spaces were inviting and beautiful. Lake was really right there with an easily accessible dock and kayaks/paddle board to use. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for a whole family (or two!) to spread out.

Despite being told we could check in at 4 PM, the house was not clean. Housekeeping did not finish until well after 5 PM. And did not clean the house satisfactory. Vacuuming was not completed, and the bathrooms were not stocked with soap or other necessities.
