La ubicación es inmejorable, para ir a la playa, y para moverse por Isla. El tamaño de las habitaciones es bueno y es un apartamento muy luminoso. Los años ya se empiezan a notar mucho en la decoración, y en algunos aspectos como el funcionamiento de cortinas o algún electrodoméstico. Sólo hay una televisión en funcionamiento.

Ubicación del alojamiento magnifica gestión de la agencia estupenda La limpieza deficiente Somier de cama de menor tamaño que colchón. Por el precio abonado debería realizarse una limpieza con cambio de ropas de casa en la mitad de la estancia. Menaje deficiente (falta plancha de ropa, perchas, kit de limpieza....)
