About this cottage rental
Kayak around Riddle’s Bay by day, and enjoy spectacular sunset views of the Great Sound in the evening - Coral Suite is the perfect traditional Bermuda cottage for your island stay. Conveniently located in a friendly neighbourhood in Southampton, the cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the grocery store, ice cream parlour, and bus route, and a 20 minute scenic hike from Bermuda’s iconic Horseshoe Bay for you to enjoy a day in the sun and sand. Also nearby, you’ll find the historic Gibb’s Hill lighthouse, the Bermuda Railway trail for a peaceful walk, or Oleander Cycles to rent a moped or small electric car to explore the island. Starting in July we also provide access to our small pool in our home next-door during working hours of the weekday. Coral Suite has everything you need outside of toiletries and groceries. With a fully equipped kitchen, you can make your favourite home cooked meals to enjoy outside in the private garden, or venture to one of the many nearby restaurants for a unique dining experience. At night, rest on a luxurious, pillow-top Stearns and Foster mattress to recharge for tomorrow’s adventures, with additional space in the living room on the queen sized pull-out sofa.
The property includes a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, bath & beach towels, snorkelling gear, beach chairs, kayaks & life jackets (which can be taken down the hill to the shared dock to paddle around the bay), tv, internet, laundry access, parking space, and outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Our property also has an electric charger, which accommodates all electric car rentals on the island.

This home is just a short walk away from bus stops and a well stocked grocery store. We ate some meals at home on our outside patio but also walked to a couple of nearby restaurants. You can walk to Horseshoe Bay Beach via Scenic Hights Drive. Day excursions were easy by using the shorelink bus pass system. After a busy day out it felt great to return home to this little cottage and drift off to sleep to the music of chirping frogs. The provided snorkels were a nice perk for our beach day at Church Beach. The hosts were responsive to any requests we had. This guest house is a lovely option for two people.

Our hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and very kind. The place is a great location for those wanting a quiet home away from the noise and bustle of the local moped racket. There is a great grocery store a short walk away. (That is also where the bus shelter is - great for catching a bus into Hamilton or heading the other way to the dock lands.) It was also just a short walk to the railway trail - better taking the path to the left. With a bit more effort we walked to nearby Horseshoe bay several times.

We loved staying in the cottage! It has everything we needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect. A short walk to the market, diner, ice cream shop and bus stop. And a nice walk to Horseshoe Bay. Allie and Aaron were the most wonderful hosts! Aaron met us and gave us great information about the area. They responded quickly any time we had a question. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back!
