Lovely apartment of three rooms for five persons, 45sqm. At the sixth floor, it south facing exposure balcony will offer you stunning views over the village, Mont Charvin and Espace Diamant slopes. Residence ski-in/ski-out, two minutes walking from shops and restaurants.
In summer, private large outside swimming pool and tennis in the residence.
*KITCHEN open on the living room: ceramic hobs, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dish washer, nespresso.
*LIVING ROOM: one sofa bed for two persons (160), TV+DVD.
*1 BEDROOM with one double bed (140).
*1 BEDROOM with one single bed (90).
Beds equiped with duvets.
*BATHROOM with bath and wahing machine. Separated toilets.
*Skis locker. Lift up to the 5th floor. Non private car park.
* WIFI included.
*Animals allowed.
OUR ADVICE: Functional apartment, very bright with superb view. Large living room, ideal for your stay with your family or friends. The kitchen was completely renovated in December 2023, as well as its equipment.

The surrounding area also offers wonderful day trips, with Megève just 15 minutes away, Chamonix 50 minutes, and Annecy around one hour by car.
