I felt fortunate to find this gem in Lake Ann, MI. It was a perfect location for the reason of our stay-a wedding in nearby Grawn, exploring Traverse City and beaches! We had no problem locating the property and check-in was easy and secure.Warm and welcoming, this wooded property is a quick 3-4 minute drive to the village of Lake Ann. This sweet town is a definite must on the ‘to check out’ list!Our host, Sarah, was quick to respond to any inquiries and it’s obvious the extra mile she goes to make you feel at home.The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic kitchen-ware items and new appliances, along with some necessities such as spices and wraps. Bright and clean bathrooms also hold necessities, making it feel even more like home. Bedrooms are roomy enough for couples with plenty of storage for belongings and super soft linens.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we should need to come back to the area again, we would definitely make a return trip back to our ‘home away-from-home’. Our overall stay was great! Weren’t able to access the property when we arrived (issue with keypad), however host quickly responded to resolve. The only other complaint I have is the king bed is extremely creaky even with the tiniest movement. Looking under the bed it appeared to be due to the bed frame supports being broken. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay!
