Clean, quiet, spacious home near all Huntsville's attractions. Fenced back yard that would be great for pets. Owner was friendly and responsive. Kitchen was well equipped. Living and bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

The property was adequate for our needs with basic furnishings. The owner has some nice touches -- pods for the Keurig, nice bath towels, both soft and firm pillows in the master and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Michael was very responsive as well. The newly fenced in back yard was nice since we were traveling with our dog, but the leaves from the fall were deep and needed to be removed given some of north Alabama's native wildlife. Neighborhood felt very safe and homes are well cared for. Our Ford F250 took up the entire driveway and backing out was a challenge at times when people parked on the street adjacent to the driveway, so be aware of that. Very close to Hwy 72 and convenient to UAH.
