About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming apartment in Les Angles, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance. It has a surface area of 42 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 12 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 12 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 (separated by a curtain): One bunk bed (two single beds)
- One bathroom, toilet
Outside:
- A balcony and a loggia, each measuring 3.5 m², facing south and equipped with a 60×60 garden table and 2 chairs.
The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
- By car: you can park directly in the apartment's private car park, which is closed by a barrier. Unnumbered space. Space for one car.
- If you have a second vehicle, there is a free public car park opposite the building.
- Free shuttle bus 200 m away in summer and winter during the holidays, which travels throughout the municipality well beyond the village.
- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station, 20 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, 1 hour and 37 minutes away by car.
Activities:
- Ride on the legendary yellow train down to the Vauban fortress and Canalettes caves in Villefranche-de-Conflent.
- Apartment located 1 hour 30 minutes from Andorra
- Mountain biking, cycling, road cycling, trail running, hiking, skiing, surfing, paragliding, summer tobogganing on rails, hot water spa, bowling
