The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The house is in the vicinity of major Tuskan sites like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. And the Versilia beaches are only a short drive of 40 minutes away. All the rooms have AC, which was very welcome in the July heat. The Pool is quite big, well maintained and dogfriendly. The plot is really very large, gated and fully fenced: very practical as we had two small dogs with us. Our host Nicoletta was welcoming, charming and helpful, especially in helping out with kitchen equipment like a blender.
For a group of familiy and friends like us who booked the whole house for two weeks and wanted to cook, eat and sit together, the house is lacking in communal space, comfortable seating and kitchen equipment. And as there is almost no shadow on the plot (just one rather small pergola) additional shading would have been appreciated.
Nonetheless, we had two pleasant weeks. But we would rather recommend the house for a shorter stay.
