About this house rental
Great open plan, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with amazing views of Montague Island! Located in a quiet street, this pet friendly property will not disappoint.
Highlights include:
- Second living room downstairs with bunk bed and separate bathroom
- Fantastic large deck with views of the ocean
- Wifi is provided and all televisions are smart TV's
- Air-conditioner in the living room
- Aldi coffee machine
- Pet friendly - Pets strictly outside only
- Garage is not included with this property.
Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.
Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

1) Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
2) Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
3) Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
4) Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Our only upset was no power for 24 hours due to a terrible windstorm that hit the day we arrived. So happy they had gas cooking. We enjoyed our night by candle light.

A wonderful place to spend a relaxing week. You can see for miles. Easy access by car to everything. Over sized rooms, great deep soak bath and comfortable beds. WiFi, large TV, great dog friendly yard. What more could you want?
