Rolling on the river has a 2 story open floorplan with soaring ceilings, large windows and an indoor fireplace, where guests will enjoy relaxing at the end of the day in the comfiest leather sofa. A smart TV and family-friendly board games will also keep guests entertained throughout the stay.

The game room is a fun place for kids and adults to hang out. You’ll find a shuffle board, an arcade game and a few board games. There’s also a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall if you want to watch the games while you are here. Seating is available on a few stools around the arcade. Feel free to peruse our collection of board games and have a family game night back in the living room or game room. There is also an outdoor corn hole set for your enjoyment.

You can access the main deck from the living room on the main floor. Breathe in the fresh air with a steaming cup of coffee in hand or simply relax in one of the outdoor chairs. You can also prepare a meal and eat at a dining table on the lower deck. The upstairs rooms also open to deck with sitting option to enjoy the amazing river views. Cook up some tasty meals on the gas BBQ grill to switch up your lunches or dinner, and finish up a fun day with a deep soak in the bubbling hot tub. Venture further out and you will also find a firepit area where guests can make s'mores with the backdrop of Glover River.

Guests will have direct access to the river where you can fish, kayak, and float. One adult sized kayak available for guests. The river is stocked with catfish and bass. Please note river levels fluctuate daily. We do not provide life jackets, please bring your own.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft. We have 1 camera by the front door and 1 by the back fence that is ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

Easy check in and check out. No problems. Could use some hooks or hangers for wet swimsuits and towels. Some cleaning supplies to freshen up after cooking.

We had such a great time! The pool was perfect. The hot tub was relaxing. We used the kayak quite a bit! There were 7 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of space for us all. Such a great area! I do wish there was more of a clearing to walk down to the river but there’s a rock beach area a couple of houses down that we checked out and it was very cool. Will definitely come back!

The property was nice, however, there were some issues. The outdoor furniture had wasp nests underneath and my son was stung while trying to enjoy a fire and s’mores. We had to vacate that area and weren’t able to sit by the fire again. The walk down to the river is also very long, steep and rocky. My parents had issues walking down the slope from the back patio to the fire pit. We had to assist them as it is very steep. Pulling kayaks down to the river was a task, and not worth the trouble. The river isn’t deep enough to kayak freely. We had to drag our kayaks over rocks most of the time. We also saw numerous water moccasins and weren’t able to swim in the river. The grass out front and back was extremely growed up. My small pets didn’t like going out there to potty because the grass and weeds were too tall. The ice maker on the fridge did not work, so we had to purchase our own ice for our stay. The lock on the front door gave us some problems, and the door has a big gap in it when closed. It didn’t close tightly, and we were afraid to leave anything of value at the property while we weren’t there. We lost power for a few hours due to a storm, which was inconvenient (this was no fault of anyone’s, just be cautious if a storm is rolling in). If the floor is dirty, I would recommend sweeping before you leave. Part of my deposit was withheld because of pet hair on the floor. I would have swept if I had known I needed to. I feel the property was over priced.
