About this apartment rental

An amazing ski retreat or summer getaway, this condo is the perfect location and charm! This remodeled condo has a bright, open layout and is newly decorated with mountain modern finishes and provides comfortable living spaces and restful sleep spaces too. There is no better place to be with all the amenities very close by and all the comfort for a great vacation with true Ski-In at the end of Four O’clock run and only one minute from Main Street. No car needed. Options of shuttle buses from the Denver Airport to condo & nearby vicinities are available. Or, underground parking is available too.

The Space:
This stunning 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath condo is filled with windows that look out to both the town & mountains and includes stylish finishes like all new furniture, including beds and bedding, living room and dining room furniture, contemporary lighting & an updated modern fireplace with large TV to make for a cozy and pleasant experience.

--Master bedroom- includes King Bed, larger dresser, nightstands, TV + closet and bathroom right outside

--2nd bedroom: Set of bunk beds (Queen over Queen) + another Queen Bed, dresser, nightstand, TV and closet. Bathroom inside bedroom.

--Living room: New sectional sofa + swivel chair nestled next to fireplace and outdoor view to the patio, town and mountains.

--Patio: set of chairs and table to enjoy your time outdoors watching people come off the slopes or summertime hiking and looks up to the mountains or across to the town.

--Dining area: modern picnic table style kitchen set which seats 6-7 people comfortably.

--Bar area: includes 3 bar stools and spacious area to sit and work right next to dining area so everyone can feel included

--Kitchen: offers all the amenities including full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, cookware, crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes for (8) and wine glasses and serving trays.

--Laundry: New convenient washer/ dryer combo where you can do a quick load when needed and not have to leave the condo.

-- Ski closet: ski closet right outside the condo front door with a lock to keep your skis/ snowboards and gear safe. Can also be used in the summer for fishing poles and other gear.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo facilities including two jacuzzi tubs, sauna and barbeques with picnic tables in the common areas as well as one underground parking space on property. One parking pass is required and can be obtained @ PMI Management in town.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is ideally located at the end of Four o’clock ski run and across the street from Main Street Breckenridge. You can take the Free city bus in the condo parking lot up to Snowflake run or to the Gondola to start your ski day or during summer just walk right out to the hiking trails or across the street the walking path and stream. Main Street is across the street and over the bridge and you are right in the heart of all the fabulous restaurants, bars & breweries and shops. In addition, the City Market & Liquor Store are just three-four easy walking blocks if you need to pick up food and drinks.

Getting Around:
The condo is a one minute walk to Main Street Breckenridge. Or, there is a FREE City Bus stop located at the end of the condo parking lot. Multiple shuttle companies also run from the condo and nearby Breckenridge vicinities to Denver and other nearby mountain areas. You also have access to one parking space in the underground parking lot of the condo unit. Parking permit is required.

Interaction with Guests:
We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform. PMI Management located in Breckridge off Main Street is our on-site management company. If you need anything during your stay they will be available for you.

--No smoking or vaping of any kind either in the condo or on the balcony or common areas

--Pets are not allowed.

--No parties or events

--Check-in is any time after 4pm. Check-out is 10am.

--50% of payment is due upfront, and the rest of the payment is due (14) days prior to arrival unless you book a few days prior to check-in.

The unit was clean, had very convenient access to the slopes, was well stocked in the kitchen, and had plenty of towels. We had no complaints during our stay and enjoyed our time at this condo. Host was very quick to answer questions and rental service was very responsive when we ran out of coffee. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very nice. Decorations were appealing but not over the top. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. The gas fireplace was a nice bonus.
