The property was clean and as presented in listing. I applaud the renovation done by the owners. Owner was very responsive and pleasant. It is a short drive to beach and necessary shops, etc.The beds and living room furniture were comfortable and outdoor space provided lots of expanded options for visiting. One downside for us was that the kitchen felt understocked compared to other vacation rentals. We had a lovely week and enjoyed many of the options available in Long Branch and the surrounding area.

Everything is close to the house and is well equipped with all the basics and more. Great communication and seems that is newly renovated.
