About this cabin rental
Welcome to the Northwoods! This cozy cabin is located on the quiet shores of Gull Lake and only a short drive from the Spooner and Hayward areas. Meme & Papa’s Cabin features two bedrooms with one full and two twin beds to comfortably sleep 4. However, for that extra friend that likes to tag along there is space on the couch/futon to sleep 5. Rental of the cabin comes with access to free Wi-Fi and cable TV, but if you’re like most, you’ll likely want to unplug and relax watching for the bountiful wildlife in the area.
Meme & Papa’s Cabin sits adjacent to the home of the property owners so if there is anything that you need, it can easily be provided to you. While staying at Meme & Papa’s Cabin you will have access to dock space, a lakeside fire pit, picnic table and grill, a fish house with running water, and beautiful sunset views. We have a pontoon available for rent with daily and weekly rates; $175/day or $750/week.
After a long day on the water you can easily boat or drive to the south end of the lake to visit Wolf Point Bar & Grill for an easy meal. Alternatively, you can jump in the car and take a quick 20-minute drive to Spooner or Hayward where you can find plenty of activities, shops, and local restaurants. The location of the cabin is great for year-round activities and is located close to ATV and snowmobile trails.

Everything as described. Well-appointed, comfortable, beautiful setting, and great fishing. Having the owners as neighbors was very convenient for renting a pontoon, restaurant recommendations, etc. Surrounded by pines, bring a hammock!

The cabin was accurately described and well appointed for our ice fishing vacation. The lake access was great. Fun was had by all.

Modern amenities in a quintessential nostalgic Northwoods lake cabin. Has benches, picnic tables, fire pit, and more outside - all you need to enjoy the lake and view. Overall a nice quiet place to get away from it all and relax.
