Parking: Parking is available for up to two cars. However, only 1 vehicle can be parked under the building and the other vehicle will have to be parked in the overflow lot which is a few blocks away.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service**
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi
Coffee products and add-ins
Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap)
Dish/Laundry Detergents
Towels/Linens
Basic Cooking/Kitchenware
During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed.
Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
This is not a party house.
Overflow Parking
Each property has a maximum number of vehicles that may be parked on-site. Please review the property's parking information prior to arrival and ensure your group does not exceed the allowed number of vehicles.
If your group requires parking for additional vehicles, overflow parking may be available at our office on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking must be arranged with our office in advance and is subject to availability.
A fee of $25 per vehicle, per night applies to all approved overflow parking. Vehicles parked in our overflow lot without prior authorization may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Please contact us before your arrival if you anticipate needing overflow parking so we can reserve a space for you.

This was a last minute trip with my grands and it was perfect. The condo was clean and we loved the beach theme decor. Condo was sufficiently stocked. Slight issue with the door code but the residents of the property were so friendly and helped us settle in. Declan was a wonderful host and responded immediately when we contacted him. The look on my 2 year old grand when she walked on the balcony and saw the beach was simply PRICELESS!!! The condo is literally steps from the beach which made transporting kids and beach supplies very easy, We made great memories and would return again.
