Located in historic Village at Grand Traverse Commons' Water Tower District, this spacious, modern "Garden Level" Condo with a private patio has all the luxury, style and comfort you could ask for. Two Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen comfortably accommodates four guests.

The Space:
This condo is 1,000 square feet in size.
Bedroom #1 - Queen bed and large screen TV: Roku stick for steaming, no cable.
Bedroom #2 - 1 Full bed
2 Bathrooms
Open floor plan with living room and full kitchen- Roku TV recently added!
Shared Laundry located across the hall from the unit.
**Please note that main access to the unit is through bedroom 1**
The entire building has recently been converted into condos as a part of an ongoing revitalization project of the historic state hospital grounds. Additionally, you have a reserved covered parking for one vehicle, and many outdoor parking spaces are available for any extras.
*Cell Service can be spotty in the unit due to the type of building, but there is WIFI to connect to!*
The Neighborhood:
About 1 mile to the beach & downtown Traverse City, and steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops/bakeries, a winery, a microbrewery, shops and fabulous hiking/biking trails. Conveniently located on the desirable west side of Traverse City to allow easy access to Interlochen, Leelanau Peninsula/Sleeping Bear Dunes, & Crystal Mountain.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

This is a very nice condo and things are laid out well. Its location is handy for visiting various places in town. They could use more than one clothes hanger for the whole place!

From your service side of things you were great. Plenty of thoughtful amenities and info about the area. We also found the tour of the commons very interesting. Spend most of our time with good friends that live in the area. Just a couple notes about the condo: found the master bed a little uncomfortable, the flush valve for the toilet in the master stuck open a few times. We bought our own TV for the second bedroom for our son, would be nice to have even a small one in the living room. We had a great time and would look into staying there again. Thanks!

The Commons Campus was beautiful, quaint & conveniently located. We enjoyed shopping in the little shops, and took advantage of the bakery, coffee shop, restaurants & wine tasting right within the complex! Would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to see what else will be available once the rest of the buildings are restored!

Our stay at this Traverse City condo was absolutely perfect, earning it a well-deserved five stars! From the moment we arrived until we reluctantly departed, everything exceeded our expectations.The location was truly unbeatable. We loved being just a stone's throw away from an incredible array of restaurants, charming local shops, and delightful coffee spots. Exploring the vibrant downtown area was a breeze, and we were perfectly situated for easy access to the region's renowned wine tasting experiences. You simply can't ask for a better base to explore all that Traverse City has to offer.Inside, the condo itself was a dream. It was impeccably clean and beautifully updated, with modern finishes that made us feel right at home. The space is super efficient and incredibly well-appointed, providing absolutely everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully considered.Finally, the communication with the property manager was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured our check-in and check-out process was seamless.We would highly, highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Traverse City and will definitely be back ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
