The host was welcoming and very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We found our property to be comfortable, spacious and well-located within walking distance to the swing into the river.The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking, plates, and utensils. We could have used more kitchen towels to wipe the dishes since there is no dishwasher.We also found that the laundry washer and dryer took a very long time to wash and dry clothes - often several hours with frequent monitoring. There were also some critters that entered the home - ants and cockroaches. Perhaps that is due to the rains. Otherwise, we enjoyed the rooms with separate bathrooms and ability to cook our own meals.

A cheat sheet with instructions was very helpful. Repaired issue with hot water promptly. Needed an extension cord and it was delivered the same day. No metal grilling spatula, no light for the outside laundry area, no cookie sheet, no serving plates, pool paint is peeling, inside and outside couches are uncomfortable, would have been nice to have s pool skimmer net, not enough shampoo/body wash and conditioner for all 3 bathrooms.
