Spacious and Tranquil 3 bedroom and 2 bath home on Balboa Golf Course! The Living Room leads into an awesome Arkansas Room that connects to a deck, so there is plenty of room to relax! The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and gadgets to help you feel right at home.
Located close to Balboa Beach, you will find a restaurant with an outdoor deck, the Marina, a walking trail and a wonderful beach to catch the sunset. There are many amenities to enjoy in Hot Springs Village including Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Pickleball, Tennis, Hiking and a variety of restaurants.
A 20-30 minute drive takes you right in to Downtown Hot Springs. There are many exciting activities offered there, including Historic Bathhouses, Oaklawn Casino and Horse racing, shopping, music and much more!
Stay as busy as you'd like, or kick back and relax!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 +tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:

Very comfortable and quiet. Fantastic Arkansas room with lots of light. All the necessary supplies available for eating in. Close to Lake Balboa. We had a lovely stay.
