One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

We loved spending the week here. This condo was in a perfect location, quiet and calm but close to some of the busier beach communities. The beach access was great! Condo was so clean and comfy. We will definitely book again, 10 out of 10.

Our family enjoyed being right on the beach. The view was excellent and the beach was steps away. Overall I would come back and recommend this place again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless, the location right on the Gulf couldn’t have been better, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Truly a perfect beach getaway.
