This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is fully equipped for your Hawaii Vacation. The guest room downstairs has a brand new queen bed, large smart-flat screen television, and access to the guest's bathroom located in the hallway. There is a closet for you to unpack your belongings and stay a while. The bathroom has a shower and is accessed by the bedroom and hallway.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. Sit at the bar and keep the cook company while enjoying a tropical drink. The living area is located off the kitchen and dining area. You can have a sit-down dinner for six guests in the dining area.
Relax in the living room and stream your favorite Netflix show and enjoy the cold air conditioning. The lanai has a table where you can listen to the island wake up and enjoy a cup of Kona coffee.
The primary ensuite has a queen bed and a large smart-flat screen television for your enjoyment. There is a dresser and a closet to unpack. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower combination, and double vanity sink. There is also access to the lanai, so you can either enjoy the island air or the cold air conditioning.
The second guest room is located up a flight of stairs near the entryway. There are two twin beds and a smart television. This room is open with a loft-style feel and looks down on the living room. There is also a desk space upstairs to get some work done or have a zoom call. Please note there is a railing in the loft area and is not suitable for young kids unless supervised.

It was perfect with an amazing next door neighbor. Every room had separate AC, it was nice but there were loud and took some getting used to. But the condo was clean , parking was nice, and we truly enjoyed it.

Everything was clean and nice. Should be listed as 2 bd room with loft... AC was strange to manage and had to call Property manager for assistance. Would stay again.

Great location, easy walk to downtown kona,. But several light switches and electrical outlets didn't work,

Condo was clean. Close to town. Complex itself was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Did need some basic maintenance.
