About this apartment rental
This Modern and Private Sorrento Home is located in the center of the city, just a few steps from the train and bus station, Corso Italia and Sorrento Old Town. Close to the main transport links and attractions, the apartment is the perfect choice for families of 4 wanting to stay in a central location. The unit is complete with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen with Balcony and view, all cleaned and sanitized to a high standard by our specialized team.
The Space
Our Cozy and central home in Sorrento, which was also recently renovated, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and includes:
Bedroom 1:
• Queen Sized Bed with Fresh Linens
• Clean Towels and Complimentary Toiletries Provided
• Access to outside Terrace area
• Air Conditioning
• Free Wi-Fi 24hrs
• Satellite TV
Bedroom 2:
• Two Single Beds with Fresh Linens
• En-suite Bathroom
• Air Conditioning
• Free Wi-Fi 24hrs
Lounge Area:
The open plan living room is complete with all of the comforts, TV and has direct access to the private terrace area where you can enjoy the view.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with every kind of accessory and all of the essentials you will need to cook a homemade meal, including fridge with freezer, microwave, induction hob with stove top, dishwasher and more, it even includes a coffee machine.
Balcony
The Private Balcony can be accessed through the kitchen and living room and the main bedroom and is complete with chairs and coffee table. It’s a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. You can also find the washing machine with laundry facilities in the bathroom.
Guest Access
During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment including the balcony and terrace during your stay with us and there are no common or shared areas with other guests. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator. We kindly mention this in case it may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility or for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
Other details to note
Extra fee to be paid at the arrival:
• Cleaning Fee : 80€ total per stay
• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night
• Late check-in Fee: 50€ (from 7pm - midnight)
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Parking
We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.

The apartment was in a fabulous location. Diana was communicative and friendly, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome during our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend visiting Sorrento.

The property was nice and the location was great. A short walk (within 10 minutes) from everything and next to the train station. Only negatives were that there was a party going on above us one night which was loud and the coffee pot did not work. Our contact from the rental company (Diana) was very hospitable and met us for check in. She was easily accessible via text.

Property was listed as having a working elevator. However, when we arrived, we were informed that it had “recently” broken. From the look of it, it had been down for years. The flat was on the 5th floor, so walking stairs for 4 days was tedious. The entire property was dated. The kitchen was sparsely stocked, one shower kept backing up, lamp bulbs were out, knobs fell off furniture. Stuff that didn’t require calling the owner, they were just itinerants. On the upside, the washing machine worked fine, and we had a nice time in Sorrento despite the disappointing accommodations.
