About this apartment rental
This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It has vaulted ceilings and a private balcony with ski slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.
The entryway has mounted hooks and bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living room is a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is also a cozy reading nook just off the living area, perfect for soaking in a good book! The large floor-to-ceiling windows and slider door provide lots of natural light.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six. The guest bathroom is just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed with and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*

This was a nice, clean, spacious place with high ceilings. It’s a close walk to the slopes, restaurants and shops with great amenities. The pool was heated and warm enough to swim during the winter with a nice hot tub. The rental had everything we needed with plenty of toiletries.

We were visiting from Australia and we were really impressed with the accommodation. The size of the place was really surprising. Great layout and extremely clean. It was a great location and excellent facilities. Underground parking, heated (hot) pool and spa, lockable ski locker, and all clean and tidy. We loved our experience and found the accommodation perfect for our family. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and we couldn’t have been happier with this place.
