Welcome to Cheyenne! Relax and get cozy - this abode features two bedrooms, a main living room, work space, and a full bathroom. Centrally located and a couple blocks off of Pershing Blvd, this location makes it convenient to get around Cheyenne easily. Close to any amenity you might need.
LIVING: Feel like you're at home in the serene living room. Cast all of your favorite shows from your phone to the Smart TV or login to your preferred streaming app. Work remotely with ease in the dedicated office area with wifi speeds up to 500mbps. Feel free to use the in unit washer and dryer as needed.
BEDROOMS: One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin sized beds. Each bedroom also has a new large ceiling fan. Enjoy the natural light that pours into this adorable garden level unit.
KITCHEN: The kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee maker for those early risers. Table setup for 4 for in the dining area. Utensils, bake wear, pots/pans if you are up for cooking a meal. If not, Pershing Plaza is a mile up the street. You can visit our favorite spot to eat - The Office!
PARKING: The house is on a corner lot, so there is plenty of space to street park for free, pick your favorite spot.

Convenient, in town, quiet location for our attendance at a family wedding and Frontier Days. Plenty of room for family of 4. Parking for the apartment is on the street and I may have missed that in the property description. However, we never had any problems finding a close space and street was not busy. Management responses to questions were prompt and helpful.
