Couldn't really fault the stay. Nicely decorated and comfortable.There are some cleaning-related chores to do before check-out, but it is an effort to help keep costs down for everyone involved. So, if you have an aversion to any kind of cleaning, then recommend looking somewhere else.

This is my 2nd time renting this particular beach house and it has always been a pleasure. Extremely clean house and very communicative and kind host. My family and I are very much looking forward to next year's vacay time at this beach house.

Overall great stay would rebook there again. House stay was good experience.
Just needs couple small things. Example trash cans in bathroom
( we bought some and left there for next guest ) . Grass was tall when we arrived and was cut during the week but they missed areas.
