As soon as you turn into the property with its conveniently pavered driveway, its spacious, shaded, and grassy yards, surrounded in front, to the side, and rear, by a natural, wooded area, you will know you have certainly arrived. What better place to enjoy the peace and quiet that St. Joe Beach has to offer? After spending your days frolicking on our beaches of sugar white sands, gentle tides, and the usual small crowds, you will agree that this is the perfect vacation home for your whole family. And when you are ready for some fun times away from the sun and sand, slip into the privacy of a beautifully fenced-in backyard and either jump into the refreshing pool or simply enjoy the pleasures of relaxing in comfy poolside chairs. The spacious yard offers ample room for a game of flag football or a barbeque or seafood cookout with family and friends for the more adventurous. For those who prefer a good book or a favorite musical artist, there are decks a plenty to simply sit back and enjoy. The entire family will be comfortable in this artistically decorated four-bedroom, three-bath home with many extras, such as a pack and play and baby gate.
The open-aired feel of this beach home allows plenty of space to spread out with separate living areas on the first and second levels. Sliding glass doors throughout the house that stretch from ceiling to floor creates a nice open-aired feel. The kids’ room on the ground floor has enough space for four to sleep comfortably and a TV to enjoy away from the adults. Large decks stretch the width of both levels, each with its own outdoor dining space, offering great views of St. Joe Beach. Whether inside or out, you will get cool beach vibes meant to know you’re on vacation.
Even though there’s only a one-block walk to the beach, for quick, easy access, talk to some of the local companies that offer golf carts. Whether you are young or young at heart, there is a haven for you here to make memories that will last a lifetime of fun, family, and friends.

While our vacation, overall, was great, we were disappointed in the property. The pictures are from at least 2-3 years ago, before Hurricane Michael hit. I know this because the pictures showed lots of tall shade trees in the backyard, and there are actually none (bc of the hurricane). The house has a good floor plan, but the paint in the outside looks like a kindergartner colored it, the carpet is stained, and the pool was dirty and never cleaned the entire week. Additionally, the lights in the pool did not work (we booked a place with a pool so that we had something for the kids to do at night; no lights, no night swimming). We asked maintenance to come look at the lights. They did so after 2 days but only repaired on light, so we still never got to enjoy the pool at night. We will be back to Port St. Joe, but not to this property.
